Shumba Creations & Logistics operates a request-first sourcing model. Listed products are not guaranteed to be physically held in stock at all times. After a customer submits a request, Shumba confirms supplier availability, item condition, final price, shipping cost, and delivery route before payment is requested.

China orders

For customers in China, local delivery or pickup coordination is confirmed after availability and address details are checked. Local delivery timing depends on the supplier handover point, courier option, and customer location.

Zimbabwe and South Africa orders

Estimated delivery is 2-3 weeks after payment confirmation. This estimate can be affected by supplier handover, courier movement, customs processing, import handling, destination warehouse processing, and local delivery coordination.

South Africa phone delivery

Phones going to South Africa are estimated using the current air-cargo phone rule: CNY 520 per phone plus 10% of the phone value as insurance, then converted to rand using the site's working exchange rate. Zimbabwe phone delivery remains on the existing Zimbabwe estimate.

Shipping estimates

Product pages and checkout may show estimated delivery costs. These are estimates only. The final delivery cost and timeline are confirmed with the customer before payment instructions are sent.

Console delivery estimates

Gaming consoles are estimated separately because they are heavier. Console shipping is calculated at CNY 189 per kg, using an estimated 7 kg per console, plus 7% of the product value as insurance. The estimated console delivery timeline is 21-28 days after payment confirmation, subject to supplier handover, courier movement, customs, and local delivery coordination.

Customs and import charges

Any customs duties, taxes, import handling, or destination-country charges are confirmed during follow-up when applicable. These charges may change based on destination rules and the final shipping route.
