After a customer submits a request, Shumba confirms supplier availability, item condition, final price, shipping cost, and delivery route before payment is requested.

China orders

For customers in China, local delivery or pickup coordination is confirmed after availability and address details are checked. Local delivery timing depends on the supplier handover point, courier option, and customer location.

Zimbabwe and South Africa orders

Estimated delivery is 2-3 weeks after payment confirmation. This estimate can be affected by supplier handover, courier movement, customs processing, import handling, destination warehouse processing, and local delivery coordination.
